Refund and Returns Policy

At Toddlify, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below for details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required to process the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., hygiene products, cosmetics)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Please note that any items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@toddlify.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you via email. If the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please check the following steps:

  1. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@toddlify.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@toddlify.com and provide details of the issue. We will arrange for the return of the defective product and the shipment of a replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product or incorrect order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order, as it may have already been processed for shipment.
