At Toddlify, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and efficient shipping services. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping options, costs, and timeframes for deliveries within the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended slightly, but we will do our best to fulfill orders promptly.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Flat rate of $5.99 or free for orders over $50.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Flat rate of $12.99.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Flat rate of $19.99.

Delivery times are estimated based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, please understand that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or weather conditions.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. This promotion will be applied automatically at checkout, and no promo code is necessary.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

If you do not receive a tracking number or have issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support at support@toddlify.com.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not available at the moment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@toddlify.com.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the re-shipment cost.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your items for safe delivery. However, if your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us at support@toddlify.com so we can investigate the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund, if applicable.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes to your order, as it may already be in the shipping process.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, shipping carrier issues, or high order volumes. We will keep you informed in case of any significant delays and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
